Po týdenní odmlce způsobené preview gatecrashe vítejte u dalšího vydání Flash News. Dnes se podíváme na SCG Open Atlanta, PTQ na MODU (Modern), Finále Championship Series na MODU (legačka) a konečně na slibovanou Českou legacy & vintage series.

 

 

První velká dvojka s Gatecrashem – 445 hráčů. Kdo ale čekal plno inovativních decklistů, bude asi trochu zklamaný. Většina decků v top16 byly staré známé archetypy doplněné o jednu či dvě nové karty.  

Prvenství ukořistil Joseph Herrera s Naya Humany, kteří hráli tři nové karty – Frontline Medica a duály… A Boros Charm v sidu.
Nejzajímavější deck hrál bezpochyby Brian Braun-Duin (aka. BBD), jakožto poražený finalista. Jeho deck využíval jednu z nových karet, do které byste asi neřekli, že se bude hrát – Cartel Aristocrat. Šlo o čtyřbarevný reanimátor s Angelem of the Glory’s Rise obsahujícím „kombíčko“ Cartel Aristocrat + Fiend Hunter (pokud v reakci na první abilitu Fiend Huntera hned objetujeme, tak cílená bytost zůstane navždy exilnutá).
 

Další zajímavé decky v top16 (rozuměj decky s novými kartami) byli Boros aggro, Jund aggro (s Experiment One) a Esper tempo. Kompletní top32 si můžete prohlédnout zde a na ty nejzajímavější decklisty se můžete podívat rovnou. Zajímavé je, že v top32 nebyl ani jeden Rakdos!

2. SCG Open Atlanta – Legacy

 

 

Na legačku nám do Atlanty dorazilo 230 lidí. Co se Gatcrashe týče, tak největší výzvu pro konstruktéry představovala určitě karta Enter The Infinite. Top8 ale ovládnul archetyp úplně jiný a to Jund! V top4 byly dokonce tři a všichni hráli Punishing Fire. Vítězem byl právě jeden z nich - Tony Chu, který ve finále porazil Griffina Hansena s Belcherem. Dále bylo v top8 k vidění: Omnitell, RIP Miracly, Merfolci a Esper Stoneblade.
 

Nejzajímavějším deckem vedle Enter the Infinite decku bylo „Griselbrand kombo“ Grega Mitchella, jehož deck byl v podstatě reanimátor kombinovaný se stormem. Pomocí Griselbranda a Children of Korlis si líznul celý deck a oponenta pak zabily Tendrils of Agony.

3. Magic Online Championship Series (MOCS) Finals – Legacy

 

 

A u legačky ještě chvíli zůstaneme, jelikož se uplynulý víkend konalo finále první letošní MOCS série právě v tomto formátu. Z pohodlí svých domovů si turnaj zahrálo 174 hráčů. Z výhry se radoval hráč s nickem Roon pilotující Reanimátor, poraženým finalistou byl sandydogmtg s klasickou verzí Show & Tellu. Kromě toho byl v top8 2× BUG Delver, Esper Stoneblade, RUG Delver, Jund s Huntmastery a Elfové.

 

Nutno také zmínit, že pátý skončil Tomáš Bubela s Esperem a desátý Standa Cífka s BUG Agentem. Decklisty top32 najdete tady.

4. PTQ Dragon’s Maze na MODu

V posledních 14ti dnech se konaly jen dvě nové „kvaldy“ a obě na MTGO.  Jednu vyhrál Black Scapeshift a druhou RUG midrange, který představil Shouta Yasooka loni na MS. Díky novému banování sice nejsou decklisty tak inspirativní, jako v minulosti (hodně Jundu, který se už nebude moct hrát), ale pro přehled se to hodí i tak.

Můj osobní typ je, že se ze Spirit Jundu vypustí červená a bude se hrát čistě Junk.

Na první legačku v rámci letošní legacy série přišlo do pražského Černého Rytíře 37 lidí. Z vítězství se radoval Kristián Janda se Stormem, druhý byl Martin Hrycej s Bantem a třetí Tomáš Már (aka. Svačinka) s BUGem.

V top8 dále bylo: 2× Esper Stoneblade, Affinita, UW Miracly a UG 12 Post, se kterým se už nějaký ten pátek dostává do top8 Jirka Nitsche. Tímto také zdravím Jirku Lebedu, který skončil smolně devátý.

Vintage si zahrálo 14 hráčů a z výhry se radoval Michal Škrabal, který hrál na poměry vintage relativně levný deck (i když tam měl Mox a Black Lotus) – White Weenie s bytostmi jako Thalia, Aven Mindcensor, nebo Grand Abolisher. Druhý byl Vladimír Melzer (aka. Ladis) s klasickým Tezzeratorem (kombo Time Vault + Voltaic Key) a třetí Martin Všianský s Oathem (Oath of Druids za pomocí Forbidden Orchard najde Griselbranda a balík zabíjí Burning Wishem na Tendrils of Agony).
